We are looking for a Head of Department-Finance for a leading Multinational company which is into Manufacturing / FMCG / Consumer Durable goods.

Experience : 4 - 8 years

Job Description:

- Experience in Business Planning, Accounting, Product/Project Costing, Mergers & Acquisition, Restructuring.

- Deft at evaluating the forecasted financial results, historical operating performance and financial condition and strategic plan.

- Proactive planner with dexterity in identifying & adopting emerging trends to achieve organizational goals & profitability norms.

- Gained exposure in formulating & benchmarking functional best practices to focus on development of abilities to meet present and future goals and mission set by the organization.

- Expertise in estimating the growth opportunities, analyzing current situation, preparing the business model which reflects the growth and the stability after joint venture and conducting the sell side due diligence on behalf of the vendor .

- Fund raising and investor relations with Private Equity investors.

- Assist the Group CEO & Group CFO in the preparation of long term planning processes including the development of the corporate, capital and asset management plans
