Finance - Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for financial strategy and planning, financial analysis and reporting, accounting, costs, monthly MIS reporting, taxation, company audits, working with CS on treasury functions, budgeting, compliance, bank relationships, financial risk management, and handling financial aspects of import transactions.

- Work closely with the CEO, Directors, and the management team members to help the company take financially prudent decisions.

- Monitor and manage cashflows, track key financial ratios, create processes to eliminate cash lock-ins, manage working capital, and audit inventory levels regularly.

- Be part of key procurement meetings to ensure the company gets the best possible prices, credit terms and robust supply chain partners.

- Review and offer suggestions on key contracts of the company with stakeholders like dealers, customers, and suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile : CA with 10+ years of experience working preferably in a manufacturing industry, with a past leadership experience in Corporate Finance role
