Work Description:
- Lead Logistics finance team and drive Logistics strategy for the company.
- Prepare & Agree costs forecasts for the Logistics function in line with company"s growth plan. Support Annual Operating planning exercise.
- Set up & run Logistics Accounting function and ensure processes are in line with operations.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivables and Accounts payable management of the entire logistics operations.
- Work with Sales team to help negotiate rates and build in models to support business.
- Drive Logistics costs efficiency improvement projects.
- Prepare Capex & expansion proposals and drive to improve efficiencies in logistics through better models.
- Drive Cross functional projects to improve profitability.
- Finalise and support rate card preparation for the logistics costs and publish on monthly basis.
- Discuss and drive monthly performance Dashboard.
- Support monthly management reporting and internal reporting.
- Drive month end close process.
- Put check to budgets and highlight variances. Build systems/processes for internal approvals.
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- Hands on MS office and ERPs like Oracle / Hyperion (preferable)
Skills Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience in the area of Supply chain finance function desirably in Logistics Company/E-commerce/Retail/FMCG.
- Excellent Analytical capabilities
- Should be excellent in MS office & exposure to ERP.

- Should be able to manage & grow team.
