Urgent Hiring for Finance Head

Job Location - Delhi (near IGI international Airport)

No.of Positions - 1

Exp - 15+ overall and min.10+ post qualifying

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

a) Contribute to the strategic and business planning process, including providing recommendations to the senior management on short-term and long-term financing and operating strategy for the organization.

b) Analyze company operations, identifying areas that can be recognized, down-sized or made more cost -effective.

c) Identify and leverage key strategic issues and opportunities as they aside.

d) Develop innovative and effective financing strategies to support acquisitions, expansions and other capital requirements.

e) Prepare and present forecasts for future business growth, general economic, industry and financial conditions and report on their impact on company policies and operations.

f) Initiate other activities, whether financial or not, which contributes to the financial health, grow, regulatory compliance and overall fulfillment of the corporate mandate.

Financial Accounting:

a) Be responsible for the preparation and issuance of all corporate reporting requirements including, but not limited to: Quarterly and Annual Reports and other regulatory disclosure requirements.

b) Ensure the financial statements accurately represent the financial position of the company and its operations.

c) Review the accounting and financial reporting systems and address required improvements.

d) Be responsible for the financial audit and control processes necessary to monitor the performance of the company against established budget and risk targets.

e) Manage all activities of suppliers of financial service to the company including, but not limited to : accountants, auditors, underwriters, brokers, etc.

- Finance and Treasury:-

a) Develop and maintain financial models for risk management purpose.

b) Review pro-forma financial and cash flow forecasts.

Management Functions:-

a) Supervises assigned personnel, allocates work and makes decision regarding employment, performance appraisals, training and development, salary recommendations, promotions and transfers of department personnel's.

b) Communicate departmental goals, company policies and performance requirement to departmental employees and ensure performance.

c) Establishes effective relationships with other senior executives.

Regulatory & other Compliance Responsibilities:-

a) Ensure that all regulatory compliances are carried in time and without fail.

b) Ensure that required compliances are as per the concession agreement and shareholder agreement with Airport operator in adhered to timely.
