Candidate should have Experience into the following areas:

- Business Operations and Tracking

- Unit economics [includes cost, revenue]

- Revenue recognition

- Resource / People utilisation across company

- Investor reporting

- Compliance & Legal

- Business related - External and internal audits

- Business Expansion

- International - End to end process, compliance and legal responsibility for setting up business in any other country

- Domestic - End to end process, compliance and legal responsibility for setting up new lines of business or product in India

- Fund Raising and Investments

- Treasury management

- Identify opportunities to invest and grow

- Keep the company well capitalised for smooth operations and growth.
