Head - Finance - Infra/Mfg/Retail

One of our premier client is looking for Head Finance to manage Finance related activities for the company and its subsidiaries.

Qualification : CA

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing financial feasibility of projects, participate in evaluation of the same, and facilitate clearance from Group / Board. Financial closure for project funding (Equity & Debt).

- Monitor cashcflows for effective working capital management and ensuring optimal utilization of funds. Preparation of projected cash flow (daily, monthly & yearly).

- Renewal of working capital facilities at best-in-class rates. Arranging for Buyer’s credit / supplier’s credit. Monitor L/C operations.

- Ensure timely credit rating.

- Manage relationship with banks.

- Foreign Exchange risk management and handling hedging operations including documentation.

- Planning funds movement, monitoring banking operations.

- Investment of surplus funds.

- Co-ordinate for Legal and Secretarial matters (Board meeting Agenda / Minutes finalization) with Corporate functions.
