Job Description - The Job on offer is to head Finance and Accounts, supply chain and IT for one of the premium R&D centers revered by the organization globally

Client Details :

Description

Reporting to the Director Finance; your key responsibilities are:

- To provide analytical and business partnering support & insights to optimize performance, including financial statement analysis, KPIs, business performance commentary, and forecasting to various levels of management

- To be responsible for building a strong governance & control framework, financial operations, working capital and cash flow management, including AR and Credit management and Capex management

- To be responsible for all internal controls, support statutory audit and corporate audit in those areas

- To provide leadership to the finance team including responsibility for the individual development of team members and succession planning

- To prepare monthly/quarterly/ yearly reports, preparation of the strategic plans and the annual operating plan

- To routinely communicate financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecast, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications.

- To lead scenario modeling efforts for the development and growth of the portfolio. Monitor competitor dynamics, participate as a key thought leader, influencing decision making and prioritization of initiatives

- To influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the corporate accounting consolidation and closing process and treasury operations through analytical review and trend analysis

- To develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources and tools

- To understand of the local taxation laws (Companies Act, vat Act etc) and ability to understand transfer pricing concepts and its implications

- To oversee the supply chain activities ensure all the controls are working and responsible for key matrix for deliverables including the SEZ operations

- To ensure proper compliance and implementation of any law changes in SEZ

- To participate in the MEIC leadership meeting and provide the technical and non-technical guidance for smooth operation

- To give presentations in QBRs related to finance to the Sr leadership who operated from US

- To provide guidance and Influence the Sr. Leadership in any capex decision evaluates

- To participate in negotiation for large buying's and any strategic partnership engagements

- To drive QMS for supply chain function and provide guidance in external and internal audits

Profile : 

As an ideal candidate you are preferable, diversity/ a woman leader in the making; a qualified CA with relevant exposure of handing an F&A team end to end with a strong hand at Finance Business Partnering and global stakeholder management.
