Head - Finance - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Leadership:

- Provide strategic financial recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

Plant Finance Management:

- Oversee financial operations of the manufacturing plant.

- Monitor and control plant budgets and expenditures.

Corporate Finance:

- Manage corporate finance functions including treasury and cash flow.

- Develop relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.

Compliance and Governance:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

- Oversee internal and external audits.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and develop the finance team.

- Foster collaboration between finance and other departments
