IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED BEFORE APPLYING:

1) The candidate should either be a (CA) Chartered Accountant or an M.Com qualified.

2) - Salary for CA candidate with experience of 4 to 8 years can go upto 18 Lacs (Depending on experience, last drawn & interview).

- The salary for M.com candidate with experience of 5 to 8 years can go upto 15 Lacs (Depending on experience, last drawn & interview).

3) Candidates working in CONSULTING FIRMS / COMPANIES won't be accepted.

4) Candidate from Hospitality industry would be more preferred.

5) Candidates from other industries can also apply except IT and Be Manufacturing heavy metals/Constructions.

6) Tally ERP 9 experience mandatory.

7) Team handling experience mandatory.

8) Should have exposure handling multiple locations of PAN India.

9) Age limit should not exceed 40

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide leadership to a group of young accounts professional

- Be responsible for overall Financial Accounting and operations

- Responsible for Management accounting. Ensuring timely preparation and submission of monthly and Periodic financial statements and management reports

- Manage and supervise daily accounting

- Ensure financial compliance and control

- Prepare annual budgets and manage budget control

- Working knowledge of supply chain management and control

- Manage direct and indirect taxes and compliance

- Co-ordinate with company secretary and filing of return

- Manage Cash flow and working capital

- Manage annual statutory audits and preparation of annual returns

- Design and implement internal controls and processes

- Ensure accounting policies and processes are strictly laid out and implemented

- Co-ordinate and liaise with other external parties like Bankers, Auditors and regulatory authorities etc
