Head of Finance - CA - MNC

Qualification: CA Mandatory

Responsibilities:

- Provide advice and decision support to Division Head through financial steering and performance tracking as well as execution of business analytics to gain insights about underlying business performance, market developments.

- Pro-actively manage sales and profit/financial KPIs in line with the approved business case, including responsibility for strategic budgeting, planning, controlling, reporting.

- Co-Lead initiatives in multiple functional areas to drive the establishment of the division in India, such as CMO selection, SCM and distribution, IT, Customer Excellence as well as any ad-hoc project.

- Partner with all necessary local and global platform / divisional functions (e.g. PS, R&D, Regulatory, ACC, HR) to ensure alignment and compliance.

- Acts as sparring partner by providing insights & challenging the organization through benchmarks, trend analysis, external evaluations.

- Ability to manage partners and third-party distributors and negotiate terms.

- Strive for continued process optimization, synergies and innovation

- Member of the divisional Country Leadership Team and the local CFO Leadership Team and

- Representing all CFO and other support functions in the divisional CLT

- Recruit and develop key talents across different functions to build a leading organization.
