Head - Finance - FMCD/FMCG/Pharma - CA

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee our financial activities and ensure the company's financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership, with the ability to drive strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and manage the company's financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key financial drivers.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

- Present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

Cost Management:

- Monitor and control costs to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.

Cash Flow Management:

- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.

- Manage relationships with financial institutions and optimize working capital.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust internal controls.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Provide guidance on professional development and goal-setting for team members.

Strategic Financial Decision-Making:

- Collaborate with senior management to make strategic financial decisions that align with organizational goals.

- Assess investment opportunities and provide financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

CA Must

- Thorough understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.

- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

- Proficient in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
