CA / MBA Finance with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, willing to work in an Individual contributor role for a global fortune 300 client in a fast and hectic environment responsible and experience in :

- Lead financial analyses, forecasting and planning

- Accounts Receivable Collection Team & Manage Credit Collections & Controls

- Direct management responsibility for FP&A and

- Compliance to local law and regulations, FCPA requirements

- Drive P/Ls, Balance Sheet & Working Capital

- Provide strategic financial analysis, insights to SU and drive financial discipline

- Recruit the best, train and develop talent

- Standardized reporting, analytics and data management

- Formulate dashboards, bench marking and other analytics

- Provide strong commercial/financial decision support

- Strong Integrity and Technical Skills

- Excellent Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

- Independent and experience in Building a team

- Strong in Internal Controls and able to build Standard works and process re-engineering

- Ability to work in Matrix environment is essential.
