Head - Finance - FinTech/NBFC - CA

- The position will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, business planning, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control and fiscal policies and procedures.

- Manage the finance function across cost optimisation, revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation and MIS.

- Experienced in equity and debt fundraising is a plus.

- Experienced in credit risk management.

- Adept with ERPs and MS Office Applications.

- Experience in people leadership.

The Successful Applicant :

- 10+ years of total experience post CA, preferably from top Fintechs/NBFCs/Financial service organisations.

- Minimum 2 years as finance controller/Finance head/CFO experience in an NBFC/fintech is mandatory.

- Experience in new age fintech NBFCs would be a plus - Has a deep understanding of all verticals under the finance umbrella.

- MBA/CA qualification.
