What You'll Bring:

- CA, Master degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

- A 10+ years of experience preferably in fintech/NBFCs/B2B marketplace

- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes

- Proven experience in managing budgets, cash flow, and financial analysis

- Strong leadership skills and highly motivated to lead a team

- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to think strategically and provide solutions for business challenges

- Experience in a start-up environment will make your CV stand out
