Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting): - Leading the organization to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve performance, and enhance competitive advantage. - Collaborating with top management to analyze business challenges, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations. - Assessing financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and board. - Leading continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic financial objectives and offers recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities. - Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances. - Implementing effective treasury and cash management policies and procedures. - Supervising the Company Secretary function, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations. - Acting as a liaison between the executive team and the board of directors, facilitating effective communication.
