Head - Finance/Finance Director

Role Summary: The Head of Finance will lead the finance department, overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role is crucial for supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring effective financial management for scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the financial strategy to support business goals.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax filings.

- Manage investor relations, reporting, and communication for fundraising.

- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and growth strategies.

- Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk assessments.

- Implement and maintain financial controls, processes, and systems.

- Supervise financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

Requirements:

- CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or equivalent.

- 8+ years of finance experience, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company.

- Proven experience in fundraising, financial planning, and investor relations.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
