Finance Head (F&B/ QSR - Retail) - CA 3-6 yrs

We are looking for a highly driven Finance Manager to contribute to the success of the organization. You will report directly to the Company's management and put your ideas into action by helping to formulate the financial future. It runs its business through large franchise partners.

- Establish a financial strategy and KPI's that support our company's strategic vision, business model, goals and financial objectives.

- Develop a high-performance financial infrastructure that drives efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.

- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

- Laying out short and long term plans and being actively involved in the key business decisions of the management.

- Developing key financial models to identify new business opportunities and provide inputs to achieve business goals.

- Business Finance - should understand the business well and offer analysis on financials and recommend solutions to improve profitability, growth and returns.

- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Investment Bankers, PE funds

- Analysis of audited financials, preparation of information memorandum, financial model and presentations for various M&A, fund raising or financial advisory transactions.

The Successful Candidate :

- You must be a CA with 3-6 years post qualification experience in the PE, Big4 Food, FMCG and the retail space.

- You should have handled business support role in a startup and have hands on experience in the Financial planning and Analysis space.
