Head - Finance - Equity

We have an urgent opening for the position of Head Finance-Equity with a leading diversified business group. The job location is Mumbai. The minimum experience required is 5-8 yrs. The candidate will be responsible for:

- Tracking record of raising equity in a timely manner.

- Responsible for equity finance of the project.

- Oversee the valuation of the projects.

- Formulating strategy and structure of the project to enhance the overall valuation
