Head - Finance - Education Sector

Salary Range: 10 - 18 LPA

- Past experience in independently handling complete financial operations

- Manage all Finance & Accounting functions for the group- Unique Shiksha and Unique Publishers

- Responsible for end-to-end MIS and financial reporting

- Maintain and direct cash flows to maximize operational efficiency

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

- Research technical accounting issues for compliance

- Ensure month-end and year-end close process

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Eligibility:

- Someone from CA or MBA Finance background

- Candidates with similar background

- Hands on experience in complete financial operations is a must

- Minimum education requirement- Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience:

- 10 - 15 years in Education/Training Industry (preferred)
