We are looking for an Finance Head, role & requirement is as follows:

Industry - Education Sector

Role - Finance Head (Mid-Senior Level)

Experience : Minimum 8 years in Accounting/finance role and minimum 2 years as a Finance Lead

Education : B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance/ CA

Job functions area : Account / Finance / Risk Management / Finance / Tax / CS / Audit / CA / ICWA

Desired Skills and Experience :

1. Monthly Book Closer, TDS, GST, Income Tax, Project Control, GST,

2. MIS, Project Capitalisation, Balance Sheet, risk management,

3. Finance, team management, Revenue Reconciliation, Time to Time Review of Debtors.

4. Cash Flow Statements, Dealing with Banker, Consultants & Auditors.

Skills required:

- To ensure that the team maintains accounts correctly, completely and in time.

- To ensure that all the Statutory compliances relating to taxes and corporate laws are met.

- To ensure that meaningful reports are drawn, analysed and timely guidance is given to the management for its consideration for appropriate steps.

- Coordinating with Internal/Statutory Audit team to be provide and have to close their queries.

- Preparing Profitability Reports,monthly GST liability,TDS liability.

- Co-Ordinating with govt. departments like Income tax, GST etc.
