Finance Head - EdTech

We are currently recruiting Finance Head for one of the growing Edtech Startup

- As a Finance Head you would be responsible for decision-making process in an organization through analysis, financial projections (planning, budgeting and forecasting) and reporting.

- Forecasting and reporting of actuals for monthly reviews.

- Preparation of annual operating plan, budget, actuals and forecasting at P&L level for multiple business units.

- Validation and accuracy of monthly cost / provision across line items.

- Support implementation of ERP software as required.

- Understanding the revenue base and driving productivity across the organization.

- Support all finance requirements coming in from sales side including Sales MIS, dashboards, sales person target performance evaluation.

- Interacting with function units/business units, explaining the variances monthly

Desired Candidate :

- Be a qualified MBA / CA / CPA / CMA with experience of 10 to 15 years

- Good experience in FP&A function
