Head - Finance - eCommerce Startup

Qualifications : Master degree in Finance or CA

Key Accountabilities:

- Creation of investor reports and fundraising.

- Providing leadership, direction and management to the finance and accounting team.

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.

- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the corporation, as well as automation of the finance function.

- Effectively manage the cash position, capital budgeting, cash flow from operating and financing activities

- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

- Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the organization

- Ensure smooth functioning of day to day financial operations.

- Oversee and monitor effective tax strategies and statutory and government compliance for the Corporation; GST / TDS / PF / ESIC.

- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)Manage vendor relationships

Key Skills:

- 12-14 years of Experience in audit/finance leadership role and proven ability to operate in a startup environment.

- Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and implement multiple complex projects, people management, and communications

- Good Knowledge on Accounts, Accounting standards and Taxation.

- Experience for FMCG Or Retail industry or D2C required

- Should have knowledge of ERP (Ginesys, SAP, Oracle etc)
