We are looking for a Head of Finance / Director of Finance to be based out of Dubai coming from a strong Ecommerce background. Your role: - Our client a company growing at a rapid pace by continuously evolving their thought strategy and their way of engaging with internal and external stakeholders. - They are looking for a Head of Finance to join their senior leadership team and support the CEO for the journey ahead.&nbsp; - You would function as the head of the department, your responsibilities would be expanded and elevated to be able to contribute significantly to the growth strategy, ability to play a pivotal role in creating profitable growth and impacting revenue. - Working in close connect with the CEO you need to able to operate at two levels high strategic levels and a business partner to the board and ability to roll up your sleeves and fix operational issues and optimize the current system. Must Have : - 15+ Years of experience, specially 7 years in leadership role. - eCommerce Background mandatory. - Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume environment (E-commerce or Retail industry experience) in the capacity of a Finance Director.
