Job Description:

The Head of Finance will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the financial strategy to support the company's growth over the next 3-5 years. As part of the senior leadership team, this individual will work closely with the CEO and other department heads, providing financial advice and assisting with economic modeling. This role involves leading capital allocation strategies and ensuring alignment between short-term objectives and long-term goals.

- Oversee all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities alongside the CEO.

- Lead the treasury, accounting, and daily cash management functions.

- Be the primary point of contact for the Audit and Statutory Committees.

- Manage external statutory audit responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Treasury Management:

- Lead fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with global/domestic private equity funds, banks, and NBFCs.

- Ensure adequate funding/credit limits to support growth and cash flow requirements.

- Represent the company in discussions with institutional investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.

- Prepare the company for a potential IPO in the future.

Strategy:

- Evaluate organizational performance against both the annual budget and long-term business goals.

- Develop tools and systems to deliver critical financial insights and actionable recommendations for strategy and execution.

- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring robust management information systems.

- Engage with committees to address operational and financial trends and challenges.

Financial Management and Control:

- Manage all finance and accounting operations.

- Oversee budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance reports.

- Publish monthly financial statements in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with government reporting and tax filings.

- Develop business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.

Role Requirements:

- CA preferred with 10-12 years of relevant experience.

- Willingness to travel frequently for fundraising and financial strategy initiatives.

- Proven experience in managing relationships with banks and mobilizing resources.
