- As Finance Head, you will be monitoring/ supervising the entire Finance/ Accounting System including payments/ receipts/ Invoicing.

What you will do :

- Accounting

- Preparating day-to-day accounts in Quickbooks & Tally

- Month end account statement preparation

- Bank statement reconciliation, GST, TDS computation & returns filing

- Payroll management, Compliance with ESI & PF

- Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow statement preparation

- Receivables & Payables Management; Cash management

- Payment control & processing; maintaining up-to-date statement of accounts of customers

- Monitoring & ensuring implementation of company internal controls

- Reporting & Billing

- Tracking and reconciling collections and amounts receivables from customers

- Managing payment of contractor running bills, track & report payments made vs work order value

- Tracking expenditure of non-tender items

- Providing financial data for weekly and monthly reviews

- Tracking project budget and report on budget variance

- Purchase Reconciliation

- Reconciliation of material ordered v/s supplied & payments

- Quarterly stock-taking of materials at various sites

- Process

- Standardizing accounting practices

- Contributing to enhancement of ERP implementation

- Compliance to achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- An experienced account professional to be part of the Finance & Accounts department.

- Experience with an FMCG company for at least 2 years is preferable.

- Knowledge of statutory regulations in the real estate sector is required.

- Knowledge of Tally and Quickbooks is a must.

- Preferred candidate would be a BCom / MCom who has cleared CA IPCC / CA Intermediate / ICWA

- Data Analysis with respect to Stock wastage/Inventory Holding Period.

- Knowledge of Finance Taxation, Tally, GST/TDS, and Auditing

- Sales Analysis SKU/Customer wise.

- Analysis of Division Wise Overheads/Costs Knowledge

- Forex Transaction/ Compliance Knowledge with respect to International Sales/ Imports.

Experience : 2 to 3 years
