This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance, operations management, and strategic analysis to drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: - Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the university's financial health and sustainability. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Monitor financial performance against budget and provide regular reports to senior management. - Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks effectively. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Operations Management: - Streamline administrative and operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Supervise facilities management, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping. - Oversee procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations. - Implement technology solutions to optimize operational workflows. - Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
