Head - Finance - Credit Rating & Research Firm - CA

Head of Finance with a leading and largest Credit Rating & Research Company in India.

Looking for a qualified CA (max 3rd Attempt) with 8 - 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Strategy, Audit & Taxation.

Industry : BFSI Sector ( NBCF, Bank, Insurance, Broking, Mutual Fund or any related sector)

Brief job details :

- Responsible for timely Preparation & Finalisation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounts of the company.

- Responsible for internal and statutory, Operational Audit, CAG audit of the company and ensure that compliance is of very high standard.

- Looking after the matters relating to Tax payments & assessment

- Cost Control & Expense Management

- Budget preparation, adherence & reporting

- Assist the CEO to devise & drive strategy

- Prepare a program budget and keep operations within budget

- Collaborate with Senior Leaders in identifying and solving strategic issues including development of strategic initiative analysis and recommendations for sustainable growth
