Head - Finance Controls

Candidate Requirements:

- 7-12 years of post-qualification experience (Qualified CA / CFA / CMA) with strong analytical skills

- Experience with a SaaS Tech organisation / experience with a start-up would be an added advantage

- Experienced in Financial Closing, Planning, Controls & Compliance, Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation requirements and Payroll

- Accelerator who loves building teams and businesses, and being a catalyst for improvement and excellence

- Strong Finance-Business Connector for designing and embedding the Finance strategy for value creation and growth

- Good understanding of best practices in the SaaS-tech industry

- Strong proficiency with Financial Systems

- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), providing insights and recommendations to the

- Leadership team to guide business decisions

- Design, develop and implement mechanism for raising debt - ECBs, NCDs and other optimal sources of capital

- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the Company, as well as automation of the Finance function that aids in periodic investor reports and fundraising

- Support commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring, contract creation, approval for offers, contract management and credit limits for clients
