Job Purpose:

The Head of Finance & Commercial will lead our financial strategy, overseeing all financial activities and commercial operations to drive growth and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Commercial Strategy:

- Identify and evaluate business opportunities for revenue growth.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize pricing strategies and market positioning.

- Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships.

Team Management:

- Manage and mentor the finance and commercial teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Present financial and commercial insights to the executive team and board of directors.

- Build relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and partners.

Risk Management:

- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Monitor and report on the company's financial performance and key metrics.
