Hiring for a Head of Finance for a leading clinical research company based in Delhi

Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance leader to drive the financial strategy and ensure robust financial management across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Finance & Planning: Develop and implement global financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Global Operations & Compliance: Oversee accounting, audits, payroll, and compliance across global subsidiaries. Ensure adherence to IFRS, IND AS, FEMA, and tax regulations.

- Cash Flow & Working Capital: Optimize cash flow and working capital management.

- Commercial & International Finance: Handle international pricing, commercial negotiations, and international vendor/customer interactions.

- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead finance teams, collaborate with cross-functional heads, and manage external auditors and regulators.

- Technology & Process Enhancement: Drive automation and implement financial systems for operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA with 12-15 years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance role.

- Expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, IND AS, and cross-border taxation.

- Experience in CRO, pharma, or related industries preferred.
