- Managing relationships with Banks

- Regular interaction with Management & Stakeholders

- Fund raise activities in the company,

- Drive their initiatives to incoming investors

- Provide analysis and commentary for Financial

- Ensure creation & adherence to Monthly Cash Flow Plans

- Initiate Cost savings initiatives

- Corporate Accounts and MIS-Finalization of monthly, Quarterly and Annual accounts as per IND AS and IFRS and US GAAP for standalone and consolidated basis.

- Strategic Planning, Formation of JV's and JV agreements, Due diligence

- Responsible for finalization of banks, deals for fund mobilization, fund deployment, and forward booking

- Responsible for arranging Supplier's & Buyer's Credit

- Handling Team
