- Cash flow management to ensure timely payment to vendors and treasury management

- To work with banks for reducing exchange rate exposure and liquidity risks

- Hedging and forward contracts

- Management reporting, including in house book keeping responsibility and ensuring timely accounting and auditing.

- Intercompany transactions management, including transfer pricing

- Receivables Management

- Tax planning

- Enforce policies and Procedures relating to corporate finance function
