1. Engage and Collaborate extensively with Procurement, Legal & Tax team for Terms of Trade finalization.

2. Partnering with business to ensure onboarding of relevant vendors and ensuring commercial hygiene and compliances.

3. Monitor preparation of Vendor wise Margins, ToTs etc.

4. Responsible for all aspects of accounting, commercial and financial reporting requirements for the business.

5. Lead discussions with accounts payables, Banking, Legal/Regulatory/Taxation team and DSS/SAP teams to ensure effective vendor management, timely payment , statutory compliance & Nil revenue leakages.

6. Manage category performance analytics and dashboards.
