Job Overview - Strategic direction and operations of multiple business units and works closely with the CEO MD and key stakeholders. Experience in building strategic profit advantage, generating accelerated growth with high returns, and minimizing cost and risk. Believes in maximizing profits through designing, and ensuring zero financial leakage.

- Extensive experience in raising funds from public mkt & Private Equity

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Fundraising Manager with a proven track record in Private Equity (PE) and fundraising. As a key member of our finance team, the candidate will play a critical role in driving the fundraising efforts for our organization, ensuring successful capital acquisition, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Apart from this, the candidate will also be expected to work on Mergers & acquisitions.

Job Role:

- Extensive experience in the field of Corporate Finance - Fund Raising (Debt & Equity), Cash Flow Management, FPA, Budgeting & Forecasting Industry Exposure - Service, Manufacturing, Trading.

- Handling buy/sell side, private equity/ business valuations using trading/transaction comparables, M&A due diligence, equity research, and corporate finance.

- Performed extensive research on the financial performance of various companies to formulate buy/sell recommendations.

- To perform quantitative and analytical work in connection with private equity financing, Merger &Acquisition deals, and financial advisory assignments.

- Continuously keep an eye on the cost of funds while ensuring adequate liquidity in the business.

- Increase the volume of lending partners required to meet business financial requirements.

- Prepare fund models for fundraising opportunities.

- Utilize extensive knowledge of Private Equity markets to identify, approach, and secure investments.

- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to prepare compelling investment proposals and fundraising materials.

- Manage lender compliances and handle M&A portfolio as well.

- Skilled in analyzing the acquisition opportunity from a Merger and acquisition perspective. Responsible for end-to-end experience in Fund-Raising transactions.

- Liaison with Advising, Investment banking, and Wealth Managers on a regular basis and keep the management updated on such interactions

Skills / Qualification - Minimum 18 years of experience in Finance, Accounts and Business Processes.

- The candidate needs to have deep sectoral knowledge of the commodity sector. Need to have a fair understanding of the pulse of its commodity segment

- Having Dynamic business and industry environments awareness| Regular updates of forecasts and long-term plans | Regular liaison with investors, bankers, and senior management
