Job Description : Reporting directly into the Regional Finance Head, you will be responsible for:

- Partnering with the Regional Sales Director to provide decision making support for revenue, investments (Fixtures, programs, OPEX) and HC planning with a view to improving performance and return on investments

- Monitor investment execution and ROI and review the financial exceptions and support strategic initiatives for the Region whilst leading a team of reports.

- Quarterly Planning Processes - Units, OPEX / Investments, Headcount and target setting

- Participate in ECF process

- Create Insight on Regional Business Performance

- Formulate and implement recommendations

- Maximize Commercial Opportunities with local sales teams

- Actively participate in Demand Generation and Sales Growth opportunities including large deals review and analysis

- Pre and Post Decision Support including follow up of outcome

- Monitor return on investments (HC, Programs, Channel incentives)

- Channel expansion and development

- Lead and develop the country finance teams and active member of region leadership team

- Support Credit & Collections teams with escalations and channel credit related matters

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with 20 plus years of experience with strong understanding of Channel business models.

- Prior experience of working with Sales Teams and leading change and business improvement is a must. Background of working in telecom industry is preferred.
