Among the many businesses that they are part of, their real estate arm is one of the fasting growing verticals. They are looking for a Head Finance for their real estate vertical to further grow their business.

Job Description: As the Head Finance you will report into the CFO and be responsible to Play an active role in fund raising, deal designing, deal negotiation and land acquisition

- Manage the accounting activities & oversee the analysis of the financial forecast of the firm

- Develop and maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization

- Coordinating and cooperating with auditors

- Oversee the preparation of long-term budgetary planning and the implementation of budgets so as to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally

- Responsible for drawing up strategic short term/long term business plans and ensuring progress against set milestones

- Develop a robust finance team that will support the growth plans of the business

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with atleast 12+ years of post qualification relevant work experience within the real estate industry.

- You possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills and have considerable experience in a supervisory/ leadership role.

- You are a business leader with strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution ability.
