A leading media conglomerate is looking to hire a head of finance.

Title - Head of Finance

Location - Dubai

Industry - Media/Services

Job Specification -

1.Manage and lead financial operations of DCM- (Dubai International Operations).

2.Responsible for compliance of Accounts,Audit,Tax,Transfer Pricing, POEM guidelines for DCM.

3. Set up and manage financial systems and processes for International operations.

4 Oversee all vendor payments & track working capital closely.

5 Reporting interface with TIL Finance team for consolidation and other accounting and statutory compliances.

6.Provide inputs on commercial legal matters for international operations including coordination with the legal consultants for setup and other compliances.

Candidates with UAE experience in the past or present will only be considered.
