We have an Opening for Accounts & Finance Head will be overseeing the entire planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle in line with the long term strategic goals and annual operating plan of the entire company. He is also responsible for performance management of organization and shall liaise effectively with the senior management to ensure efficient management reporting. It is given that the complete accounting, taxation and other related matters will come in his/her perview

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Working knowledge of Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax, TDS, and GST etc.

- Management reporting and MIS preparation.

- Excellent business acumen and accounting & taxation skills

- Strong analytical and decision making skills

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION :

- We are looking for people with minimum 10 years of experience as in an organisation with large billing volumes.

- Use driver based cost analysis of all business processes to evaluate them against best industry standards and recommend measures to maximize profit generation from each activity

- Identify key factors impacting the business strategy and sharing the same with the business team on regular intervals to achieve long term goals and vision of the organization

- Ability to develop and implement standardized systems & processes

- Ensure development of company's long range plans and annual operating plan in consultation with CFO and other Business Heads

- Define accounting standards

- Manage an efficient team

- Assist the management in formulation of business strategies and serve as a catalyst to drive forward initiatives critical to delivering the business strategy

- Provide financial counsel in determining feasibility and business impact of new initiatives on revenue and profitability

- Advise the business team on key business assumptions, challenges, risks, opportunities and help them in preparing the long term strategic plan for the organization
