Please find below Roles and Responsibilities:

- Head the MIS for Chennai Region.

Handle the team responsible for preparation & circulation of periodic MIS reports to management.

The consolidated report called the "Fact Book" covers 10 hospitals of AHEL in Tamil Nadu contributing Revenue of ~INR 1000 Cr per annum.

This report covers Operational & Financial Information of the respective Units - Unit Finance Head for Apollo Hospital (Greams Road) a INR 550 Cr Enterprise.

Responsible for all finance decisions for the hospital including Budgets, Capex/Opex control, Costing excluding Accounting

Responsible for the overall pricing strategy for 8 hospital units in Chennai including tie-ups with Insurance, Corporate & PSUs

- Periodically review business data and present market intelligence data to the management.

- Part of the strategic finance team in AHEL supporting M&A transactions & change management at group level.
