Head - Finance - CA - FMCG/Retailer

We are looking for finance head, a qualified CA based out of Chennai to manage the eCommerce who will be reporting to CFO.

We are looking for with following experience in the areas of Corporate Finance & Accounts, Consolidation of Account of Group Companies, Demerger, Acquisition, Direct & Indirect Tax, Budgeting, MIS / Reports, Auditing, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, IGAAP, IFRS and IND AS, Compliance Management, Company Law Matters, IFC Compliance, Risk Management and Business process re engineering and Automation

Ability in improving operations, enhancing business growth & maximizing profits through achievements in financial management, internal controls and productivity improvements / enhancements.

Finalization of Corporate Accounts

Direct and Indirect Tax, MIS, Financial Planning & Decision Making, Auditing & Due diligence

Total years of experience - Minimum 12 Years
