About our Client - Our client is a global leader in the Engineering industry recognized for innovation and excellence. They are currently looking for a Head of Finance for their India office.

Job Description - Reporting into the Global CFO and India CEO, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring closing and reporting of books in accordance with global timelines and compliances as per IFRS and Local GAAP.

- Overseeing the entire gamut of business as well as project controlling, tax (Direct and Indirect)

- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering closely with business leaders to drive growth

- Overseeing tax and other regulatory compliances in accordance with the Big4 partners

- Providing financial and administrative advice to the management in all areas of finance including financial analysis, banking, credit collection and taxes.

- Overseeing secretarial matters and compliances.

- Ensuring that processes are in place for SOX compliances.

- Responsible for banking including FX hedging, management of bank guarantees, cash management and keeping good relations with banks

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with minimum 12-15 years of post qualification experience. You must have strong operational exposure, with controlling experience in ideally a Project based or Manufacturing set up. With strong decision making skills, you must be excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills as well.
