About our Client - Our client is a leading e-commerce firm for apparels. With a turnover of appx. INR 2000 Crores, and an employee strength of 500 professionals, they are looking at an individual to head the finance and accounts team, based out of the corporate office in Bangalore.

Job Description - Reporting to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include:

- Setting up the accounting process' and accounting systems

- Preparing the financial statements and monthly and yearly budgets

- Ensuring that effective controls are in place and ensuring compliance to the regulatory and taxation laws

- Reconciling the tax accounts and liaising with external auditors

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you should be a CA with experience between 6 - 10 years of experience. You should have had experience of working in an e-commerce setup, with hands-on experience of accounting and reporting activities. You should be presently based in Bangalore, and should have experience of leading a team.
