- The person should have a sound understanding of organizational needs and goals, and also should be a financial advisor to the Director and other department heads.

- The ideal person should be good with numbers, analytical and accurate in generating reports. The person should have a calculated sense of urgency, being empathetic to others and flexible to the needs. This person should be comfortable with interacting and directing professionals and takes initiative to further organizational goals and policies.

- This person should be well versed in all forms of communication which relates to the needs of the organization with regards to finance and accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Accounts :

- Maintain & oversee Day to day accounting

- Ability to work with Loan Management System

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plan

- Should have working knowledge of NBFC accounting

- Should know Finalization upto Balance Sheet

- Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company

- Able to do Budget & Variance analysis

- Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis

Finance :

- Should have the relevant exposure to deal with Bankers both for normal borrowing as well for debt.

- Arrange for equity and debt financing

- Preparation of CMA data for Banks

- Prepare Strategic projection for 5 years future

- Should have the ability & experience for interaction with investors

- Funds management to ensure business continuity.

Compliances :

- Service tax issues, returns etc

- TDS, Income tax issues, returns, filing, etc

- ROC compliance

- RBI compliance

- Updated knowledge on company law etc

Expertise required :

No. of years of relevant experience : 8 years & above

Any specific specialization/education : CA
