Head - Finance - CA - BFS

The candidate must have-

1. Experience of 5 yrs as Accountant in Retail / Wholesale, E-commerce, Manufacturing / Engineering or Publishing / Printing mandatory

2. Must have 5 years of Finance Head experience

3. Post Graduation mandatory (Specializations in Finance preferred)

4. Chartered Accountant (C.A.) mandatory

5. Must be certified Chartered Accountant

6. Age of the candidate should be between 22 - 35 yrs

7. Male would be preferred

Job Description :

- Provide leadership to a group of young accounts professional

- Be responsible for overall Financial Accounting and operations

- Responsible for Management accounting. Ensuring timely preparation and submission of monthly and Periodic financial statements and management reports

- Manage and supervise daily accounting

- Ensure financial compliance and control

- Prepare annual budgets and manage budget control

- Working knowledge of supply chain management and control

- Manage direct and indirect taxes and compliance

- Co-ordinate with company secretary and filing of return

- Manage Cash flow and working capital

- Manage annual statutory audits and preparation of annual returns

- Design and implement internal controls and processes

- Ensure accounting policies and processes are strictly laid out and implemented

- Co-ordinate and liaise with other external parties like Bankers, Auditors and regulatory authorities etc
