It includes Manufacture of Rail-Road Equipments & Special Purpose Motors, Complete Rehabilitation of Electrical Rotating Machines and Supply of Varnishes & Resin.

- Lead strategic planning and financial analysis quarterly and yearly.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and risk management.

- Implement accounting, taxation, internal control, and IFRS systems.

- Advise on financial strategy to achieve business objectives.

- Provide M&A analysis and management reporting.

- Audit transactions for legality and fund sufficiency.

- Oversee working capital flow and corporate restructuring.

- Ensure compliance with financial and legal obligations.

- Direct and motivate finance staff.

- Offer financial advice to managers and staff.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial accounts.

- Develop internal audit programs and assist auditors.

- Counsel department heads on cost management and budget policies.

Skills :

- Cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.

- Budgeting and risk management.

- Data analysis and forecasting models.

- Taxation laws and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in accounting software.

Expertise :

- Qualified CA with 7-10 years in finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting.

- Experience as Head of Finance, Director of Finance, or similar role.

IT skills :

- Infor LN/BAAN, SAP S4 HANA, or Oracle.

- Experience in manufacturing and automobile industries.
