Head - Finance - CA

Key Responsibilities:-

We are looking for strong finance head with an acute attention to detail, sharp analytical bent of mind and the hustle to make things happen.

- Drive the overall business finance , company's budget allocation, financial planning, and fund management.

- Drive the financial planning of the company by continuously analysing its performance and risks.

- Drive the detailed MIS and financial reporting of the company to the board and investors.

- Work with other business leaders to build the financial strategy and metrics for other cost centers of the company.

- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance teams (management accountants, internal auditors, etc.).

- Develop and conduct due diligence on the strategy for fundraising and manage relationships with partners and investors.

- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.

- Ensure adherence to all financial and statutory compliance according to financial laws and guidelines.

- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance.

- Manage and comply with all regulatory reporting requirements and tax related matter.

- Lead the monthly close process and MIS reporting.

- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures

- Ensure timely closure of Statutory audit and Internal audits.

- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions

- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash

- Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Create processes & systems to ensure quality & health control.

- Manage the cash flow requirements and prepare forecasts, investment accounts and review monthly results to implement monthly variance reporting.

Note:- 6 Days working company.

Required Qualifications:-

- CA with 5-8 years' experience.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices

- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting

- Experience in MIS reporting and improving the internal financial processes

- Strong financial acumen with a track record of successful

- Experience in Operational Finance Role ( AR or AP or Finance Controlling /Accounting)

- Expertise in managing end to end Accounting, Taxation, Internal Audit. AP, AR, Taxation, Cash flow management

- Excellent MS Excel and Reporting skills.

- Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.

- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
