Job Summary: As the Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our organization. You will provide strategic financial leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy. Your extensive experience in costing, budgeting, business planning, statutory audit, GST, tax audit, and managing people will be invaluable in guiding our financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Costing and Budgeting: Develop and maintain robust cost control and budgeting processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost optimization.

- Business Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute business plans that align with our strategic objectives and financial goals.

- Statutory Audit: Coordinate and manage the annual statutory audit process to ensure compliance with financial regulations and accurate financial reporting.

- GST Compliance: Oversee GST-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate filing, and compliance with GST regulations.

- Tax Audit: Lead and manage tax audits, ensuring all tax-related matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with applicable tax laws.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the department's productivity and effectiveness.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management and board, offering insights into the company's financial performance.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company's liquidity and financial stability.

- Forecasting and Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations, and implement best practices for financial management.

Qualifications:

- A Qualified CA or CMA

- A minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.

- Strong expertise in costing, budgeting, business planning, statutory audit, GST, and tax audit.

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

- Proven track record of managing and developing finance teams.

- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.

- Excellent understanding of tax laws and regulations.

- Proficient in financial software and tools.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Positive attitude and a willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
