About the Organization:

- Our client is a profitable start up with a fast growing business in the social impact space.

- They are backed by Marquee investors and as a part of their growth journey, they are looking to hire a seasoned finance professional as Head of Finance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The person will be leading the finance team of 10 people and working closely with the founders drive organization growth.

Key responsibilities for the role will be:

- Developing and implementing company's financial strategy in line with it's growth objectives.

- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling to ensure accurate and insightful financial analysis.

- Build relationship with investors and financial institutions for capital management and fund raising.

- Evaluate and execute the potential M&A opportunities in line with company's strategic objectives.

- Managing day to day financial operations of the company and ensure timely reporting to the relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Background:

- Ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with around 15 years experience.

- Strong experience with start ups and has managed M&A, fund raising dealing with investors.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with solid track record of success with growing organizations.
