Head - Finance - CA

Responsibilities:

- The Head of Finance at Nelito will oversee all financial aspects of the business, including Business Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A, M&A, Corporate Governance, Process automations.

- Lead the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

- Drive financial analyses, providing insights to support decision-making across the organization along with investor meetups.

- Implement and supervise the use of finance ERPs and digital initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Knowledge and working exp into MS-Dynamics and MS-Suits

- Strong exp into agreement vetting with respect to legality and commercials

- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

- A Chartered Accountant (Must)

- Exp - Minimum 12-17 yrs

- A minimum of two decades of extensive experience with a robust background in core business finance across various industries.

- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in complex and dynamic environments.

- Previous experience in renowned organizations is favorable.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
