Finance Head

We are having an opening with one of the well known US based multinational company dealing in various business activities. Its an highly-energized corporation focused on growth and performance of talent.

Designation : Finance Head

Current Responsibility :

- Responsible for Commercial finance, FP&A & budgeting for different Opcos.

- Responsible for ongoing support on finance to the Opcos which include financial reporting, payments processing etc

- Responsible for Track and monitor all international transaction with groups companies for arm's length profitability..

- Responsible for audits & compliance & also to ensure compliance of all the entity related requirements on tax, secretarial, audits.

- Responsible for direct & indirect tax.

Desired Candidate :

- Must be CA(1st Attempt)

- Must have exposure of financial & business analysis.

- Sound knowledge & experience in Business Finance/MIS/Budgeting/Business Planning & Analysis.

- Experience of managing accounts & finance function in mncs in various business segments..
